Gettin' the ball rolling

Well, here's some content then. I have recently decided that I would like to get back into fly fishing. Also, I'm planning on making an effort this spring to go smelting. I would like to try this because I've heard that smelt are very good tasting and I'd love to try it.

My plan to restart my fly fishing endevours came with a realization that the Duluth area is one of the best places to fly fish for stream trout in Minnesota. I even found some stream data on the internet that seemed to indicate that trout can be taken from the Chester creek. Fantastic news, given that I live only a few blocks away. More on this latter.
